Information you voluntarily provide may include your name, email address, postal address, user name, profile information, and payment information if you make a purchase. If you communicate with us via a form on this website, or leave a comment on a post, your IP address may be collected automatically to reduce spam and keep the site secure, and you may include personal information voluntarily in your message to us. By using this website certain other information is collected via cookies, detailed in an additional document called a Cookie Policy.
Why we need your information and how we use it.

- as necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests (if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests) such as
- providing and improving our services — we use your information to provide the services you have purchased and it is in my legitimate interest to improve such services.
Information sharing and disclosure.
Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, such as the following:
* WITH Automattic Inc., owner of the Woo Commerce plugin, used to process your payment information when you purchase a product. Automattic’s privacy policy is at https://automattic.com/privacy.
* WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary for them to perform these services.
* IN BUSINESS TRANSFERS. If we sell or merge my business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
* IN COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to do so, such as: (a) to respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) to enforce agreements, terms, and policies; (c) to prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) to protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, or others.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in this Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. This means your personal information may be kept by us for a period of around four years.
Transfers of personal information outside of the EU.
We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we have deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. we describe these rights below:
Access.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Change, restrict, delete.
You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (such as being required to store your data for legal or regulatory reasons) we will do so upon request.
Object.
You can object to (i) our use of your information for our legitimate interests and (ii) the receipt of marketing messages from us even if you have given express consent to receive them. Like above, if we receive an objection from you we will delete your personal information, unless we have a compelling and legitimate reason for not doing so, such as needing to retain your information to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
